AIRDESK

Terms & Conditions

These terms describe use of the AirDesk website and the current free Windows preview. AirDesk is an experimental input tool. Please read its limitations before enabling desktop control.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

01Who provides AirDesk

AirDesk is operated by BidBridge Capital (Pty) Ltd. For questions about these terms, contact support@airdesk.zone. References to “we” and “our” mean that operator. These terms apply to this website and our original application materials; separately licensed components retain their own terms.

02Using the experimental preview

You may download and use the current free compiled Windows preview for lawful evaluation and ordinary tasks that are not safety-critical. This permission does not transfer ownership or provide access to the private tracking-engine source. Keep the copyright and licence notices supplied with the download.

Use AirDesk only on devices and applications you are authorised to control. Test it with disposable items first, keep a physical mouse available, and check the result of each action. Tracking can misread a hand, miss an action or release a drag at its current position. Ctrl + Alt + Space pauses AirDesk. Do not bypass Windows security protections to run the unsigned preview.

03Safety and compatibility

AirDesk is not a machinery controller, emergency control, medical device or certified assistive technology. Do not use it for machine start/stop, safety interlocks, emergency functions, or tasks where an unintended or missed action could cause injury or serious harm.

Camera quality, lighting, hand visibility, gloves, display layout and individual comfort affect results. Some protected or elevated applications cannot be controlled. Published examples, tests and demonstrations do not establish a guaranteed recognition rate, latency, accessibility standard or fitness for an industrial deployment. Future concepts, including eye input and wearable integration, are not promises of delivery.

04Intellectual property and developer permissions

Our original website content, branding and private application code remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. All rights are reserved except the permissions expressly granted here, in a supplied licence, or by applicable law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners; mentioning a platform does not imply endorsement.

The AirDesk Web Starter has its own sample-code permission. It allows use, modification and distribution of the starter files, including in commercial applications, subject to its notice and conditions. These terms and the footer notice do not withdraw that permission or expand it to the private desktop engine. Read the included starter-kit permission before redistributing its code.

Bundled models and runtime libraries retain their own licences and required notices. The notices in each download apply to those components. No public source-code licence for the original desktop application is granted by making the compiled preview available.

05Your integrations and third-party services

The developer kit adapts ordinary button activation; it does not authenticate a person, identify the input device or expose raw hand tracking. Your integration is responsible for access controls, input validation, duplicate-request handling, consequential-action confirmation, and its own privacy notices. Keep secrets and privileged operations on your server.

Other applications, linked websites, no-code builders and hosting providers operate under their own applicable terms. A gesture can cause another application to send or change information. You remain responsible for the action you authorise in that application. We do not certify or endorse third-party workflows merely by describing an example.

06Availability, warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview and starter materials are provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups and do not rely on the preview as your only input method. Releases, features and availability may change or be discontinued.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the experimental materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. No payment, subscription or service-level commitment is offered by the current free preview.

07Privacy and updates

The Privacy Policy explains the current app and website data practices. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively revoke rights already granted under a separate starter-kit or third-party licence. Contact support@airdesk.zone if you have questions before using a later release.
